The years your child spends at AIAN will be some of the most rewarding years of his or her life. As parents, you will share with your child the achievements, frustrations, and challenges that come with living in a dynamic country like China. AIAN offers your children the best education in the Ningbo area.  It is comforting to know that AIAN has excellent qualified teachers and because of its WASC accreditation, when the time comes to move, the credits your child earns at AIAN will be transferable.   Your students will progress academically, and they will learn about the world they live in from their diverse classmates.

Here at AIAN, we have an exceptional group of parents that work very hard to enhance their children's school experience. United Nations Day is just one example. Parent volunteers bring traditional food from their home countries for the students and other parents to enjoy. It is one of the most popular events and participation is high as we celebrate our international friendships.

Life can sometimes be a little stressful for parents living abroad. The parent group is also here to provide support, information and resources to help make life a little easier, especially for our new parents. We enjoy helping each other because we have something in common, our children and their education.

If you are a new parent or someone who is interested in our school, please feel free to contact me or one of the Parent Association Board Members. We are excited about our school and would be happy to share information with you. If language is an issue, no problem! We have parents from all over the world, and we collectively speak seven languages. We invite you to visit with us and we look forward to meeting you!
